What do you think of my new widget for paypal donations?

Was wondering what you think of it.
I never have liked the donation buttons you can get from paypal.

I think this widget thing looks much nicer.

    What do you think?

I used the paypal donate button on my old site, never got any donations, I thought it also made my site look tacky and desperate for money.

I did put a donation button before, but after 6 months of not even a single donation I took it down.

A lot of CSS or any other Online game like that, get donations but thats mainly from team members or people trying to get on the team or get a position on the site.

I think the thread starter was mainly talking about random viewers more than anything, and i do too feel its hard to get donations.

However i think it is largely important as to the type of website you own whether or not it would be effective, a forum for instance would probably get more donations than a normal informational website.
