Do google have a different algorithm for local and non local sites ? Say a site was built about the moon and google ads were clicked on by 1000 visitors. If out of that 1000 clicks 60% lived within 500 miles of each other then i assume its going to flag up the adsense team to take a close look at the websites account. But what if the site was about living in say Ranganathittu (i googled for small village in india to find an example) and out of 1000 clicks 60% lived within 500 miles of Ranganathittu and each other would it still alert the adsense team ?
Well I run a site on Local news of New Delhi. most of the visitors are from Delhi only. I use adsense on that site but never had any difficulties with adsense, but again my CTR is only 9-10%. but yes almost 80% of clicks come only from Delhi and near-by regions.
I don't think there is any evidence that having a high percentage of locally based clicks makes any difference to you getting banned or not at all is there?!
I think there must be some algorithm to do with local clicks. As another example what if the site topic was say about a local university or college and 60% of clicks are from the campus ?
