I was wondering how effective is to use your signature to advertise your business. How effective is it for you?
If you are an active member and post quality or humorous posts, you will get higher traffic and also instead of advertising, you can sell sig space and many people are mkaing $x to $xxx/m off sig sales.

yep, its effective useing signature links to advertise and you can make money if you are active member.
It really brings in traffic if your link is something people would be interested in (and you post regularly)

Posting everyday to forum site like dp brings traffic for your site.. It is important that you made quality post.. make it interesting and informative.. Promoting your site by using signatures helps a lot in advertising your business.. you can earn money from there..
When I used my directory in my sig link it brought many paid submissions. It's also bringing around $300 a month from renting it out too!
