What is unique free wordpress and phpld templates? do you mean you offer free wordpress and phpld templates?

 

Mine has something other directories don't have and that's the ability to add submissions to as many alternative categories at the same time as I want to allow. phpLynx just released this addition to the full release of thier script details here http://www.cantufind.com/forum/showthread.php?t=678 I for one was desperately waiting for this feature which I'm hoping will set me apart from other directories.

Umm my directories do not have anything unique as such for now, but I am re-developing linksjuice.com and some of the features will be *almost* unique lol.

Just like JoeAnt, Linkspub runs on a unique propietary software, for which I am continously writing modules. And next month, our strongest feature is about to come out.

Have u actually timed how fast the pages load on linkspub, thats some extreme optimization & programming friend.

This is a feature that is useful not only to webmasters.

 

The one that i know of is Dir Journal recently made and has a unique coded template with a great design as of a Journal and has many blogs in it, the main page is a blog,as well as a directory structured layout, featuring site of the month etc and other features... if you think its worth can add it to your list!

One unique thing in my directory is the price of submissions and the logo .

 

One thing I've added to Abarcy today is a "Digging Deep" function which takes one of the deeper categories and features it on the homepage, with the latest link in that category on the homepage. It's not entirely at random, it changes every time more deep listing categories are added to the directory. And it's only the categories 3 levels deep or more that get this treatment.

The idea is to reward those submitters who take the time to submit to the deepest levels, and to open up the deeper sections so that browsers can see what it's all about.

 

That.s a nice feature Obelia, but why don't you rewrite your urls for better crawling?
