Does your Adwords account history affect QS?

    Is QS on new campaigns based on your accounts QS history?

    I mean does your account overall QS affect QS on new campaigns?

    Your historical data affect your CTR and so therefore it affects your QS.

    They do effect but how and how much nobodies know about that other than Google Employees.

    Your account CTR is the biggest factor for QS for the certain keyword. If you want to increase your QS then bid higher on your keywords and increase your CTR - in turn this should decrease your CPC and increase QS.
