Does Yahoo! Understand sitemap_index.xml ?

    Hi,
    I've submitted sitemap_index.xml few days ago and still got no results, on the contrary even.

    I had 40.000 index pages over Yahoo! and after verify Yahoo! Site Explorer and submitted sitemap_index.xml I see now only 10.000 pages Index! :(

    i dont have knowledge but i think yahoo not understand and no requirement as well bcoz yahoo crawl pages fast than other search engine.

    do you have a robots.txt file?
    if so, write whats in it.

    Yeah, I set sitemap_index.xml there.

    Should I set also normal sitemaps?
