Does Yahoo Site Explorer show best links at the top of the list?

    I have noticed that Yahoo Site Explorer seems to show the best links to my sites at the top of its list.

    For example, for one of my sites, the first three links in the list are from a newspaper article, a university arboretum, and DMOZ. These are probably the highest quality backlinks that site has.

    I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this with their sites. Is it just a coincidence, or does Yahoo Site Explorer put the best links at the top of the list?

    it does appear to show the links most highly regarded by Yahoo , that way
