Does Yahoo Have A Ppc Program?

    I am wondering if yahoo offers a good PPC program and if I should try it on some of my sites. Is it better than adsense? There must be someone out there trying to compete with adsense's high pay rate and is yahoo the place or should I try others? As far as I am concerned adsense is king, every other program I have tried has low pay rates compared to adsense like chitika and adbrite.

    If anyone can help me out or give me some advice with yahoo please do!

    Nope, not anymore, Yahoo has teamed up with Bing, and they are now called Microsoft Adcenter.

    It's pretty good actually, I've seen good results, low prices ang great CTR, you should check em out :)

    Are people easily accepted into the program or does it require that you have a large site? I have some small start up sites I want some ad income from.

    From my experience they are looking more at your niche then the age/traffic of your site..I had a friend apply with an older site and was declined..My girlfriend applied with one of her newer sites (in a different niche) and was accepted..So it doesn't appear that they are going by age/traffic - but more by what your niche is compared to the advertisers they have for each niche.

    In yahoo PPC program you would submit your site one by one not like google. And not all niche is accepted in yahoo PPC program. At present they only accept below category site:
    Automotive, Business, Beauty and Fashion, E-commerce, Education, Employment, Entertainment, Finance, Food, Health, Home Improvement, Local, Men, Real Estate, Shopping, Technology, Travel and Women.

    And revenue is not good like google.

    Yahoo has no such program and while it be a part of Microsoft family then you should try the Bing ads. Just search query "Bing Ads" and you will reached the Bing Ads website. Bing Ads give you the option that if you are new to Ads then start with new campaign else you have Google Ads then you should transfer it to Bing. It has nice pricing and simple interface to use.

    You can get some decent coupons if you have not advertised on bing/adcenter before.. Just do a search for it.

    medianet (yahoo/bing) is the next best for income its about half the income but the payments are better because the offer paypal
