Does Yahoo has publisher network?

Does yahoo have a Publisher service like Google Adsense? how do I register ?

 

I remember hearing something about it at one point. I'm not sure what the status is though for the Yahoo Publisher Network.

Yes yahoo has the publisher service, if you want to post your ads on yahoo networks then post ads on yahoo publisher section.
