Does yahoo directory really worths it?

It can help you, but you have to create a lot of quality links.

 

I find this whole debating very interesting , and i do think there are more effective uses of $299 than yahoo , to get traffic

 

Like what? please tell us about better ways to spend 299$ to drive traffic to your website.

 

If you don't have the money for that, you could easily get links on other peoples sites in the advertising section or something.
