Does Yahoo! and Bing have a sandbox?

I've been researching SEO for the past few days or so, gathering every little bit of information I could, creating maps and diagrams of potential ways to enhance a website's SEO. Then, I ran across this sandbox thing and it kinda felt like a slap in the face.

Then I noticed that when somebody talks about sandboxing, they are referring to Google. Does this mean that Yahoo and Bing don't have their own version of this age filter? If they don't, that means I can rely on two sources of traffic while a website is in Google Sandbox

    • Yahoo, Bing, and etc
    • PPC

Makes me feel a little better about the whole Sandbox idea.

Oh. I tried to search back through this section of DP but I got a little sick of reading the same thread titles over and over again (what is sandbox, how can I prevent sandbox, etc).

I remember reading that you should not stop optimising your website while in google sandbox because other search engines dont have such feature in their algo.
