I hear that windows xp runs perfectly on the mac books as they were designed to run windows just like a normal laptop - IS THIS TRUE
I'm running XP pro on my macbook with a gig of ram via Parallels (3.0). I'm only letting it use 256MB of RAM, and it works fine.
I might be wrong but i think it only runs properly (properly as in it avails of all the laptops resources) on the MacBookPro and not the MacBook. As i said i could be wrong but i wouldn't mind hearing other peoples opinions on this topic
macbook works fine. the only thing is you need good processor speed or it chokes it down in parallels. bootcamp works great though.
it work good. but nothing like a laptop made for that the macbooks were made for their only operating system . not for windows.
Can I ask why you would want to run XP on a mac book? I really am curious. What are the advantages / disadvantages to doing this?
