Does WP plugin Pretty Link Lite use I-Frames?

    I want to make sure that Pretty Link Lite http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pretty-link/ which is a link shortener/cloaker will not violate Amazon TOS by 'framing" the Amazon site using I frames in my new ventures. I lost thousands by having my account deleted by Amazon using Ninja Link Cloaker. Cannot afford Amazon's wrath again
