    I have informed google about a Copyright infringement which another website made to my website!

    Google aprooved it and removed him from google's search results.

    They will inform him about the removal??

    He will know who sent the complaint?

    yes they will be informed and a general details of your complaint will be logged in chillingeffect.org as well, since google is a public company, so they must keep their most of the matters public as well
