If you use the basic integration of moneybrookers, your clients are forced to first sign up for an account with moneybrookers before then can pay you for your product. What I would like to know from those who have used this service, is that do people actually sign up for an account and pay you? Or does using this method result in lost sales?
From a consumer standpoint, I would not sign up with Moneybookers. I will use Paypal but usually just prefer to use Visa / MasterCard
Yes, there's loss since a lots of people dont like signing up and entering their personal info. Its better to use ccbil etc sites instead of Moneybookers if you use it as ONLY payment processor.
More important than registering is trust. People trust paypal because they know about it. You can use moneybookers as an alternative to those who can't use paypal.
So you are saying that the issue isn't signing up but a place which people trust. So there would would be no loss if I used paypal?
Moneybookers is used for many payments, a lot of people use it for pay to gambling sites. I use it sometimes.
