Does using Googles' diasavow tool hurt the targeted website?

Lets' say I put a link to my website (which is an internet marketing community/blog) onto a nsfw website (maybe their webmaster page/section) - but I don't want to get Google thinking my site is a nsfw site, just because of the numerous backlinks from nsfw sites. That's why I would disavow those links with their tool, so that I only get the traffic, but the links wouldn't count towards the backlinks of 1kSociety.com

Now is the question, does using the tool on a (nsfw) site affect its SEO? I mean I feel like if Google gets a request to disavow the website 123.com it would consider it a "bad" page. But on the other hand you can't control if others disavow your site or not, same like you can't protect your site from bad links.

What do you think about this?

Additional question: Do you think it's worth the potential traffic to get your site linked on nsfw sites (their webmaster pages)? While at the same time you would be disavowing the sites?
