There are a few sites with free flash games that you can download and use for your site.. these are, of course, labelled and always link back to another site... will this in any way affect the SEO or PR of my site? I want to have an arcade but obviously it would be hard to create ALL the content for it myself. Is there anywhere you know of that has free flash games that are unlabbeled, or which you can even label yourself? Free or paid games pack like this? Thanks!!

You can license games from flashgamelicense.com. To have a developer remove the branding or add yours it will typically cost $50-$500 per game. If you run a small site your best bet is to just use the games with other sites branding in though. Don't worry it won't affect your search engine position or your pagerank.
Mochi Media is perhaps an option, CPM flash games with Ads. Large database and easy to access, good way to monetize a large arcade. Apart from that, you can usually download the flash games from most PHPBB forums with arcades, also E-Arcade on SMF. http://proganker.com/online-gaming/flash-games/games-for-smf-e-arcade.html is a good source, you may have to mess with the files a little.
don't worry about the links from flash games don't count as actual links, I'm sure. At least not for now.
