I have an answer to your question.

Firstly it depends on how you optimize your alt tags.
It's important to have a descriptive tag. Don't just put the keyword in there or even multiple instances of the same keyword.

Secondly, I think it's dangerous to give all your images the same alt tag. That WILL be seen as keyword stuffing by Google. Go natural and results will be qualitative.

Try to have diverse alt text and you should be fine.

    Oh sorry about that LOL.

Yeah if you have let's say 2-3 pics in a blog post it's perfectly fine to give them all the same tag as your post tag. But the more natural your tags look the better anyways. So just give each pic a descriptive tag. Even better...give each pic a different variation of your tag such as synonyms. That will increase your post theme density and will help in your rankings.

Yes you can. I would recommend that you write short one paragraph reviews on the best wallpapers. Also, you could feature a wallpaper author who is known for creating several high quality wallpapers. You can always write. You just have to get out of your tunnel vision. Look at some other wallpaper sites that have content. I know that the majority of them probably don't, but some of them do.
