I just looked and they offer a dual xeon with 1gb ram but 2000gb monthly transfer for only $269 per month. Seriously they have a great network and solid support.

I use FREEBSD btw and totally believe it better than any linux distro for security and reliablity.

Bandwidth isn't quite as expensive as people make out.
Forget about what amounts you get quoted for T1's etc. Very few datacenters ever buy in that smaller amount.
As a datacenter (if you're big enough) you're buying in Gb and at that level, I know you can get pricing ranging from $5->$25 per Mb.
If you're looking at 100GB data transfer per day, you are going to need >10Mb connection. Realistically, you're going to want a minimum of 100Mb connection ideally with bursting to 1Gb.
The easiest way to achieve these sorts of levels is going to be by installing your own servers somewhere - this gives you the extra headache of supporting hardware problems.

I use xlhost.com - $69 a month for a dedicated server with 500GB. No contract I just paypal them the money each month, couldn't be happier.

I agree...colo is the way to go long term and top notch control. I have 2 colo and I can't be happier. Being a sysadmin can be a headache but I do pretty good with it.
