I've an affiliate website and most of outgoing links on my website are nofollow, does this cause any negative impact on my website PR?

Absolutely not! No Follow links don't allow flow of PR juice. So don't worry.

No. The only negative impact would be on the pages being linked to (your affiliates). But that's not your problem to begin with. :)

I've got a site that has thousands of nofollows. No negative impact. The site ranks #1 for its most competitive keyword.
