    Yep use tables sparingly ... use CSS for layout as much as you can .... xhtml is the best way forward ... easier to render, easier to spider, more accessible and less code to content dilution :)

    And on that note I really wish I could code in xhtml properly, it's a mare to do for someone that's not an out and out techie :(
