Does this way can increase my PR?

I found another evil concept about adding a viraltags to increase my technorati ranking and I'm happy to see my technorati ranking increase. But will it help in my PR too? The post link is below, please feel free to read.

if it involves getting backlinks from higher pr sites, then yes.

 

In conflict, a person who post this giving out more than 100 backlinks to others will decrease his PR too?

 

If you're linked to from a page that has a ton of other links, then the PR that's passed on to your site is much, much less than if there were a limited amount of outgoing links on that page. I think that's what you're asking.

 

If the page is full of links, google might disregard the links and the pr passed will be minimal.

 

Keep the amount of links per page down to a minimum and build up your links in order to ensure that you get high link ratings to your site. The more links you have with dofollow, the more value you will get from your clean links.
