Does this violate the TOS?

    I didn't know if this should go in the placement or here, But seeing it's more guidelines I went here.

    I have my adsense ad over a video stream,

    I know about there TOS and the ad being close to a image, But is a stream like this ok?

    I wouldn't do anything that's questionable as whether it would get banned or not. Just make things the way in which you definitely wouldn't get banned.

    Yes, its fine I don't think there should be any problem as long as there is gap between the two and are visually distinct :)
