"Hello everyone! Thank you for joining my today and coming out to support my blog. This quality content is 100% created by myself, I do not copy, steal or borrow other people's ideas and the reason I can continue to do this is because people like YOU click on my ads. It only takes you a second, it makes me a little bit of money and it can often provide you with a useful service or tool. Most of the websites advertised do not want you to give them money... they just want your traffic, so go ahead and check out some of the links, please!"

Does something like that violate googles TOS because I am telling people to click the links?

    Yes, I would say so.
You basically shouldn't just point out that you have advertisements on your page.

It's definitely an AdSense TOS violation.

There is no question that it violates google TOS. You are encouraging people to click on the links. That is a no no.

Well, it's already been mentioned a couple times, but I'll add my "yupper" to this one since we're talking about TOS and possible banning if google goes calling. I'd reword in a hurry and remove all reference to ads. I'd also remove the whole part about not copying articles etc it kind of cheapens it in my opinion, but that's just me.

Personally, I find it amazing that OP even has to ask about something like this.
