Does this type of linking violate Google rules?

    Hi everybody,
I noticed a link to my website of the format:
It generates a short Google searchpage, that would link to my website with those keywords where my website ranks amongst the top 10.
Will Google tolerate those kind of links?
If yes, I could generate a lot of wonderful links to my own websites via Google. But probably there is a fault somewhere. I didn't see much of those kind of links out there.
What do you think about it?

That page is not cached by google therefore offers no benefit it terms of improving search engine rankings.

You can't notice a link from that. It's just a Google search page, but for mobile devices.

It did appear as a link search result to my website. If you search Google with "link: birthtime.info" on approx. position 18 there is a result page with 100 links and one of them points to my web site. This result page is cached as well. Question remains: Will Google tolerate such links on a massive scale? The interesting ones of course would be those with very few links for my top ranking keywords.

If google "thinks" a link is not relevant it will be devalued. They can't punish you for this.

else you could easy de-rank a competitor since everyone can make link exchanges for sites they do not own...
