Does this sound clear to you? Please help!

I'm adding a perishable product to my site and I am wondering if the shipping description is understandable and clear:

- Price Includes Standard Shipping which is FedEx 2nd Day Air, there is no additional charge for this service.

- To ensure quality we cannot deliver (product) on Monday,

- Overnight orders placed after 2pm EST Thursday will be shipped out Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.

- 2nd Day Air orders placed after 2pm EST Wednesday will be shipped out Monday unless Saturday Delivery is selected.

- Orders placed on Friday require Overnight Saturday delivery. (Additional $12.50 surcharge)

- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii have a additional $10.00 surcharge

Looks good, but I have a quick question. What about if I order tuesday, thursday, or friday? When do those ship? Just being thorough.

 

Since you are adding perishable product this might be enough, I think;
Our aim is dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt & due to perishable nature of these product... these are non-returnable.

I was thinking about just adding a table to the FAQ section

All orders placed before 2pm are shipping same day, after 2pm is shipped the next day

I'll know in about a month or two, I'm just not getting it open.

 

Something like this may be clearer.

 

For brevity you may want to say:

FedEx 2nd Day Air delivery is included with your purchase for no extra charge.

Knock off "for not extra charge" for additional conciseness.
