Does this site violates Google Adsense TOS

    I found this blog http://thedailytalkk.blogspot.com/2015/08/15-reasons-why-you-should-date-female.html that place adsense ads below and above a click here to continue reading link, I'm wondering if this is not against Adsense TOS

    I was considering to do the same tweak in my blog because i tested this disposition for 2 days and the CTR raised to 13%, I have also tested just one ads below the "click here to continue reading" link and the CTR is also good 7% so if it is not against Adsense TOS it will be great

    That looks like a violation to me. Google states that their adsense ads need to be placed clearly away from other clickable sources. So as to avoid accidental clicking on ads. Google says their advertisers are paying for real clicks -- not for accidental clicks ...
