    Isn't it obvious?
    Unique --- what does your site offer that is not already parroted from from a zillion other sites
    Compelling --- what searcher would be happy with the content on your site in their search results; eg will they tweet about it?

    why do you have to worry about other people websites period? adsense will find out eventually.

    just keep it simple if you are not fully understand or lazy to read their TOS

    No Porn
    No illegal downloads
    No Video without contents (even video from youtube)
    No Chat (what so ever)
    No Non-sense
    No Copy

    oh man...there are so many No No :) i think i dont want to run adsense after all lol
