Does this site violate terms of adsense?

    Hi, i made a site that uses google search and have facebook, gmail, youtube and myspace links added on it... Do you think that would violate adsense TOS if i put some adsense on it?

    yes ..........without having any content and using paid search bar of Google Adsense ..this site is violating Adsense TOS

    how about if i add a site directory below it? Would google mind that i have logo similar to them and using their search?

    Wouldn't it also be an issue that the colors, font and other links and buttons on that page are too close to what you see on Google.com not to mention the Google copywrite text.
