Does this site violate Adsense TOS?

    Need a bit of advice. I would like to begin a forum like movielounge.org, but I'm concerned that it violates Adsense TOS, because it links to copyrighted media: movies, TV programs, etc.

    What's your take on this?

    I would say yes it would violate ToS because its linking to media that is copyrighted and being linked to to get access to it. use at your own risk.

    One of the best things you can do is email Adsense. They'll usually tell you whether or not it's okay...sometimes...lol
