Does this site need a TOS ?

Hi, i have just about completed my wrestling result's website, i have google adverts on it and will be adding clickbank products i think. Does this site need a terms of service to comply with google ? If so can someone give a few pointers on writing one.

The site in question is in my sig.

I think he has a website that gets news from WWE (or similar like that for wrestling news , I think he writes the article himself not from RSS)..so not to break the rules of google, he is confused if he need any TOS in website stating that the news are from the resource site .....

I don't have sure idea but keeping TOS will make your users clear as well you will be totally safe and increases the professional show

 

Thanks for your replies, i remember reading somewhere that google had added a rule that said that websites needed a terms of service if they have adsense adverts on them.
I think it was to do with cookies and/or the use of peoples personal information.
