Does This Script Make Sense?

Hi,

I found a free redirect script on the net, and I have set it up so that it only redirects once every 24hours for each user so If the user visits 2 times in 24 hours he is only shown the page once.

It works fine in the first redirect I am just seeing if other people can check it all.
