Does This Placement Follow TOS ?

    I'm wondering what people think of the placement on this website (the two ads at the top):

    http://www.hannahmontanazone.com

    It's not against TOS, is it? The ads are basically blended in but they don't mislead the user in any way? Oh and if you're in the UK you might get an annoying image ad with voting, etc. I'm mostly interested to see if the text ads are TOS compliant
