Does this math add up?

With an average of 100 unique visitors per day, I average $4.50 in adsense revenue. Would it be somewhat reasonable to assume, that if I recieved 1000 uniques per day, I would get $45 per day?

Also...is 80-100 uniques per day good for a 1 month old site with no help (from established sites, networks, etc). I have had 80 hits from google, and much less from yahoo and msn so far.

I have about 100-200 uniques a day, and avg less that $2. You are doing pretty well there.

gr8 that you are doing good with google, but I wonder how long will that last. During the first month my site got 60% of hits from google but then it was sandboxed and thrown to result page>10 and got almost no traffic.

how are you promoting the site? if not through networks/other sites?

I have a new site that is getting SE only traffic and only 20 visitors a day that is avaraging me $4.20 a day from adsense.

I beleive as long as the traffic is targeted and you give the visitor what they are after then you will make money, the mistake I have made in the past is to increase the number of visitors but they were not intrested in the topics I am supplying information on.

So as long as you can attract 1000 visitors a day that are intrested in the same thing you should be multiplying you money by 10.

For example if your site is about building plastic models then attracting visitors who are looinhg for photographic models will not make you any money as they will not be intrested in clicking the advertisers links.

It doesn't sound bad at all, but it depends on the Click Through Rate and the bid price. So if the $4.50 was from a few clicks, then that is a fairly good niche you have there and if you could just get the conversion up a little bit you could make even more.
