I wasn't entirely sure where to put this, but I have only about an hour left in the auction so I didn't have time to dwell over it, sorry moderators. I wanted to know if you guys think these two images look legitimate. Take a look at the number before USD on the second image, it looks fishy: Thanks guys.
I would say it was legitimate. Computers are not perfect and that extra space does not mean much to me!
For sure they don't add up. Good catch. the first image the balance is bold and the 2nd image the balance is not in bold edit: also the extra space.
I am a little slow, what does not add up? which line bolding, I would not worry since the images are not the same size. Cheers, Mukul
If you suspect an image to have been manipulated, you can use some software tools to see if the image has been photoshopped or not. Granted they are not perfect but they do provide a way to check if an image is legitimate. Could you explain a little more what this is about? Because honestly it looks like to little money to be fraud for.
It actually IS a big deal for buying websites. Generally there is a rule of thumb that you take your websites gross income and multiply it by 10 to get the final sale price. In our case, that is an EXTRA $1,000 which is a LOT of money. Don't know whats adding up? Check the total balance at the top of each of the images. The format is nothing alike.
It does not have to add up. On the first one, assume the bank account was 0 and it will make sense since it is balance at time the image was taken. On the second one, we dont know starting balance. So adding up does not really mean anything. It is just balance on the date this image was taken (without knowing full history or starting balance it does not mean anything) Cheers, Mukul
