Not in my opinion.

 

Honestly... it may not be valuable. However, it is only $24. I say try it out for a year and see what happens. It is only $24, so to me it is worth risking the money to find out.

 

I should probably add that my experience with paid directories was with pretty niche sites. It might be more helpful for a site with broader appeal.
