I am looking for some sort of CMS system that will allow users of my Vbulletin forum to upload templates and download templates while tracking there downloads. Sort of like the way vbulletin skin downloads work on vbulletin.org How can I accomplish this? I am willing to pay for a system if need be!
Yea, I'm pretty sure you're going to need to hire a coder to create one of these for you, because I'm sure that many other sites have a system like this but will not sell it to you.
