i have lots of unique (or i think) technical knowledge of blackberries and i'd like to create a site. so instead of the brand of the device in the domain name, i'm going to use something like BB in the domain name. is that ok? like...

    BB(sitename).com

The site title will still be BB(sitename), but in the description it'll say something like Blackberry sitename and resolutions to problems.

Honestly with this one you should be fine. There's no guarantee about this though.

As long as your domain is legit and you're not trying to steal user info from blackberry users there shouldn't be a problem.

    Good Luck!

as long as you do not use the blackberry logo, or imply any kind of endorsement or affiliation...also you must acknowlege them of owning the copyright if you ever use the name

also, u need to have permission to use any images

there are a few others you might want to check with atty for compliance about

Abercrombie, although I'm unable to offer you legal advice, I believe you're fine on this. So long as you're not using their official logo or trademark to make a profit, you should be ok. I'd recommend asking a few of the "domainers" on namepros.com or dnforum.com
