Does this custom search engine violate Google's Terms

I recently made this custom search engine to find free movies and I'm not sure if it violates Google's Terms of Use. I know you can't post links or have content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, but the website itself does not have any of those kinds of links built into it. It is a search engine after all that only finds results from Google's database, and if you don't type anything in the search box you won't get any results back. Here's the URL to my movies search engine http://quikn.com.

I also found this other Google custom search engine that finds torrents and this site has been up for over two years, which makes me think that it is ok to make these types of search engines. Here's the URL to the torrents search engine http://torrents.skilled-search.com/.

Do either of these custom search engines violate Google's Terms of Use?
