Is paying for referrals revenue sharing and am I getting invalid clicks?

    Ok so I have a new site with adbrite, and I'm getting 10 clicks a day on ads and making $0.70 >.< so I want to go back to good ol'adsense

    I'm paying members to refer people, does that count as revenue sharing?

    Also, I'm using an invisible stat analyzer and I'm getting on average 60 uniques a day, and only about 2 returning visitors. Should I be worried that those are invalid clicks?
