I came across microworkers.com website. I signed up and saw lots of tasks where people ask others to: a) go to their site and click google ads b) link to their blog c) visit their site and leave comment d) fill the survey etc etc I was wondering could this type of traffic help boost traffic to my website? Not just temporary but if I "hire" 1000 people to visit my site or do you think some of them would come back the next day? What should I offer on the site to make people come back even after I am not paying them for visit? Tnx!
I wouldn't recommend this type of traffic, because they have no potential to convert into buyers. They are in need of money, that's why they sign up on that microworkers website to earn some extra bucks. I wouldn't even recommend that you ask them to click on your Adsense ads. This violates Google Adsense TOS and you wouldn't want to risk your Adsense account like this. The best thing you can do is to hire them to write some articles for you and publish those articles on Ezinearticles or some other directories.
u want to increase traffic then use the word of mouth. and do advertise on forums like one ur on. i think giving time to that will be enough
I never heard of Ezinearticles site before - it looks like a very good idea! I went to check if they offer payment for writing articles but I can't find that info. I believe you wanted to say that the idea is to hire people on microworkers to write article for you then you submit that article to ezine and get paid? Is that correct? Ezinearticles affiliates link says "coming soon" what tells me that they are not paying yet. What do you think?
It works like this: you submit an article to EZA and put the link to your site on the bottom, at the end of the article --> a visitor reads your article on EZA and then he clicks on your link (eventually) --> when he arrives on your site he clicks on your AdSense links (eventually) --> this way you get paid by Google (that's right...eventually)
I agree with PrettyJenny... that type of traffic won't convert... they will hardly even look at your site... they just want finish the job and get paid....
