    shouldn't be a problem - upload a specific XML sitemap for this sub domain and you can check how Google indexes it.

    It looks like you are using Google search for your site. That alone is not a problem except Adsense requires some content and you have none. If you add an article or two about what file sharing is and connected topics you should have no problem. However, without content, you will end up not being paid for your searches when it comes time to being paid.

    As far as against any rules as far as being indexed, you should be fine.

    You have to add some content on your site otherwise you'r site is ok and will havn't any problems
