Does this blog need a terms and conditions page?

Hi, I just recently made my first website. It is a blog (although the word 'blog' just doesn't ring with me), and it distributes information that could potentially harm the user. This information would be something like: how to execute a double mcflip 1260 (for all you Shaun White fans out there). So I was wondering, do I need a disclaimer/terms link on my home page for this kind of blog? Thanks!

Yes... You must have to state your policy clearly about your intentions and guarantees about this blog and the other necessary information to avoid any future troubles or claims if any one may raise for you....

    I hope this helps....

Ok, thank you. Also, where can I find some good templates for me to build a policy off of?

For this you can search in Google for Terms of Service or Disclaimer Policy or Disclaimer and loads of the relevant stuff will be jumping in....

    Regards

Thanks again! I definitely don't want to get sued by angry snowboarders, haha.
