I made a health site 4 months back.

written around 180 posts by myself, it has 1000-4000 words per post.

using paid yoast premium.

bought ssl certificate few days back.

start using google adwords just yesterday night.

doing proper keyword research from google adwords.

writing good content (hope so).

doing proper on page seo but confusion in off page seo.

i want to know, does these things are enough to get visitors on website or blog in coming days ?

 

Post count and word count doesn't effect. Focus on on-page SEO, optimize according to your keywords first. And then go for off-page techniques. I will recommend try guest blogging, article submission in paid directories, broken link building through skyscraper technique and also customized PBN's.

Surely, those can be a great way to increase , but you have to make that you are also working on promoting the visibility of your site.
