    if u use java script or DHTML or Flash Then Search Engine cannot read.

    but it cannot hurt your current ranking.

    Yes, If it;s javascript - its not SEO friendly. Instead you can get the same effect with CSS why not try it?

    If it is javascript, it is mostly likely in an external js file, and the links to those pages will be visible within the source code, so yes it probably is SE friendly.

    Flash menus are the ones you have to watch out for ;)
