So I got rid of the static picture/banner at the top and replaced it with a video I made quickly in Animoto. I planned to replace the video with something better eventually. However, since I added the video I have fewer people signing up to my site. Does the video look stupid? Can it actually be chasing away potential members? Please, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I personally think that yes you should remove the vedio, it's annoy.. espacially the music.. Just my opinion! hope this helps!
