Does the URL have to show?

Can I make the URL white and place it on a white background so it becomes invisible? Or does the URL have to show.

 

If you mean in a website it should show. Search engines frown on hiden links and will lower sites rank if you do it.

 

And if you mean the URL in the adsense ad, I think that qualifies as "obscuring a part of the ad" which is against Policy.

 

....i believe you wont be able to do it even if you tried. I tried grey text on white background and it automatically made it black cause it was too hard to read.

 

Yes, the URL does have to show. You cannot blend the URL into the background, it's against the TOS.

 

You can't hide any part of Google Ads.
One way to have white text is if you have black background

 

Even if you do try to hide them, you won't be able to.

and how while you hide ur url on website
what abt url in browser window how will you hide that

 

It's not possible to hide the URL, stop right there and get on something else.

 

Whitening out the url is against TOS so yes the url has to show.
