I have a website that has almost 100 pages that are set to NOINDEX. We can say for this example that I have a total of 300 pages, so 200 are indexed, and 100 are marked as NOINDEX. They are set this way because they are question pages that do not have answers yet. Once they will have at least 1 answer, they will be automatically changed to be indexed, for some further background. My question is, does it matter to Google that a site has so many NOINDEX pages compared to the amount of total pages on the site? If the site had 300/300 indexed pages, all of the same "quality", would it rank better than if the site had 100/300 indexed pages?
