Does the picture too big

    Well yeah it is a little too big if you could make it just a tad bit smaller not too small though.

    Yes ! Exactly ! I agree with pamela7777 . Just make it a bit smaller, Though I can't like this picture.sorry for that ! May be for the color !

    Instead of putting this large picture at the top, why don't you use some light color small interactive banner(in height). It will look good as well as explain your site services to the visitors.

    Add the Title and descripton on the banner , and that will finish the job. So the picture will be on top , and the title and the description will be on the picture.
