I have just observed in my blog that after the recent PR update(rise in blog PR to 3), there is rise in the ppc and the earnings. Does PR is considered by the bidders during the placement of ad. Can anybody answer my question??:)

In short: NO. PR has no impact on ePC. It may affect overall earnings, but not in a direct way, rather sites with higher PR often tend to have higher traffic, inbound links etc...thus earnings are more because of the corresponding traffic, but not the PR itself.

PPC earnings MAY go up for the simple fact people will be afraid to buy text links and result will be more people trying to gain traffic from PPC programs.
